Strawberry Jello
A Thanksgiving tradition from a good friend
Ingredients
- 1 4 serving package of Jello
- 1 4 serving sugar free
- 1 & 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 & 1/2 cup ice
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries (or more!)
Steps
- Slice strawberries in bottom of dish (fill ‘er up)
- Stir boiling water into gelatin until gelatin fully dissolved
- Stir in cold water and ice cubes. Stir until ice melts completely
- Pour 3/4 of the jello over the strawberries. Refrigerate 20 min or until set but not firm
- Stir whip topping into remaining jello, whisk until smooth
- Spoon whipped topping over jello. Refrigerate 1 hour or until completely set
