Cakey Butter Mochi
“Onolicious Hawaii Butter Mochi”
Ingredients
- 1 lb mochiko flour - we used glutinous rice flour and it still worked out great!
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 5 large eggs
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 12 ounce can coconut milk
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Mix everything in a large bowl
- Mix with a wooden spoon until the batter is smooth
- Pour into a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan
- Bake until gold on top, for ~ 1 hr
